Development

Phase 1
Work is currently focused on the first phase, which totals 1.8 million sq ft of development and will be complete by the end of the year.

Residents have moved into the first 500 homes, which range from studio apartments through to three-bedroom duplexes with stunning roof terraces and views across the Stadium.

A magnificent 4* Hilton Hotel is now located next to the Stadium. The top two floors feature a glass-walled Sky Bar and roof terrace with superb views across Wembley. This brand new, state of the art hotel opened in 2012 and also provides conference and banqueting facilities. A student accommodation building was opened next door, in time for the start of the 2012 academic year, bringing 660 students to the area.

The final element of Phase 1 is the London Designer Outlet (LDO), a 350,000 square foot retail and leisure hub that is currently under construction. It will offer high quality restaurants, bars and a nine screen cinema alongside superb designer and high street brands, at exceptional prices. 

Phase 2
With the imminent completion of Phase 1, plans for Phase 2 are now underway. This Phase is located between Wembley Park tube station and the new Brent Civic Centre, which is expected to open this summer. Proposals for 1,300 new homes in this area, with plenty of green space and a new shopping street running parallel to Olympic Way were given consent by the Council in 2011.
